Our office  is located just north of St. Joseph's Hospital at 4700 N. Habana Ave., Suite #101, Tampa, FL 33614. Tampa Surgical Associates is on the first floor of the Habana Medical Center on Habana Avenue north of Martin Luther King Blvd. in Tampa, FL.  The newly renovated office is on the west side of Habana Avenue.

Parking is available behind the building.  The entrance to Tampa Surgical Associates is on the side of the building closest to the parking lot. Our office is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
